Is Housing Inventory Finally on the Rise in Manhattan Beach

If you’re a buyer in Manhattan Beach or any South Bay community, it’s been clear for a while that demand clearly has been outpacing supply. ¬†Inventory has remained at record lows since the end of 2014 but that may slowly, and finally, be easing a bit. ¬†The low point was reached in December with only 28 homes on the market in Manhattan Beach (as opposed to the high of over 200 several years earlier.)
