17 closed home sales with an average sales price of $3,580,640

Let’s take a look at the homes, townhomes and condos that closed escrow in Manhattan Beach during January 2023.

The number of homes that sold in January was slow once again.  There were only 17 home sales during the month which is historically one of the slowest months of the year due to people tuning out of real estate in December.

The average “list” price in January for the homes that sold was $3,681,823 with the average sold price at $3,580,640 which was a dramatic increase from the December price of $2,700,263. The average sales price in November was $3,009,993 and $3,497,431 average in October
