Considering the fact that the two highest priced residential sales of all time in Manhattan Beach were at $20M and $21M…….it’s pretty incredible that there are three active listings in Manhattan Beach all priced above $25M.

There are currently 59 homes for sale in Manhattan Beach as of 6/28. It used to be news when rare beachfront properties hit the market but that hasn’t been the case over the past few years. There are currently 9 beachfront homes for sale on the Manhattan Beach Strand in the sand section of Manhattan.

Three of these beachfront properies are priced over $25,000,000.
