While Manhattan Beach is most definitely a luxury home market, prices approaching $20,000,000 are definitely rare so when a home in that pricing vicinity goes into escrow it’s definitely news.
The beachfront home at 508 The Strand just recently went into escrow after about 4 months on the market. The location doesn’t get much better than this as it’s in a quieter south sand section location near downtown but far enough not to be impacted by the crowds and traffic. *The home was not actually a new build but was an almost complete remodel so basically was new construction. The home offers 5 bedrooms, 6 baths and over 4,300 square feet (according to builder) of living space. What we love about this one is the windows. Strangely some Strand homes just don’t take full advantage of the location and views….not this home. Walls of windows on all three floors bring the outdoors in and are ideal for modern living.
