There are a number of beachfront homes for sale in Manhattan Beach at the moment and one of them has been on and off the market for quite some time.  Originally listed in May of 2024 the home hit the maket at $9,995,000.  That was an interesting number given that home had sold less than a year earlier for $8,250,000.

The market clearly hadn’t gone up quite that quickly and the home was on an off the market since.  There were two price drops and eventually it was back on the market at $8,995,000 in September 2024.  It has now returned and back to $9,995,000 so it’s a bit unclear what the strategy is but eventually the market will likely catch up.

The lowest level features 2 additional bedrooms along with a large great room/media room.  One of the bedrooms is the kids bunk room that is one of the cooler rooms we’ve seen and makes us wish we were kids again, with built in bunks that make it feel like a luxury cabin on a private yacht.

The building is located in the El Porto area of Manhattan Beach. 

The multi level townhome was completed in late 2022 and sold for $8,250,000 in 2023.
