What a month it was for real estate in Manhattan Beach CA with 52 homes, townhomes and condos closing escrow compared to only 20 in May of 2020. Another 52 went into escrow during the month and these are huge numbers. The only problem is that inventory isn’t keeping up and new active listings was way down with only 72 active listings.
