The top priced home sale of January 2023 was a new construction hill section contemporary that sold at $9,800,000.  While that was an impressive price they didn’t quite get the original $12,999,000 that it was priced at when it first hit the market in August of 2022.

The home was designed by Tomaro Architecture, built by Pacific Shore Construction, and interior spaces by Noelle Interiors. 

The hill section home featured an open floorplan with panoramic ocean views all overlooking the upper deck and pool deck.

The spacious home offered almost 5,700 square feet which didn’t include the nearly 1,200 square feet of decks and patios which offer pool and spa sun deck,  barbeque island, and a sitting/dining area with fire pit.
