28 Sold Homes in Manhattan Beach in September 2023

Welcome to the real estate recap for home sales in Manhattan Beach California during September.

Both the number of homes that sold and the priced dropped a bit after the summer (especially August) craziness. The number of homes that sold in September was 28 which was a bit of a drop from the 35 in August but more than in July.

The average “asking price” in September  was $3,398,068 with the average sold price at $3,275,107 compared to an unreal price in August of $4,647,207.

The average price per square foot was down from August and was $1,475 in September. Homes averaged 46 days on market before going into escrow.

The top sale of the month was for a 5,000 sq foot hill section home at 825 Highview Avenue Manhattan Beach that sold for $8,500,000.
