The top sale of August was welcome news for the nearby neighbors. The seemingly never finished (and for a while barely started) down to the studs remodel home sells for $14,500,000.
The home was in remodel and then abruptly stopped. It sat as a rotting hulk for just about as long as we can remember.
It had fairly recently started back up and at least had exterior work completed so it wasn’t quite the eyesore it had been for so many years.
