Welcome to the January real estate market for Manhattan Beach California.
It was a slow month in terms of the number of homes which was no surprise as homes going into escrow in December are always very low. There were 13 home sales compared with 19 in December
The average “list” price of the homes that sold was $3,256,692 with the average sold price at $3,097,562.
The average price per square foot was $1520 which was almost identical to November. Homes averaged a pretty lengthy 71 days on market before going into escrow.
