One of the most recent home sales in Manhattan Beach was for a HUGE price for the specific area.  1436 5th Street was the 12th highest recorded price of all time in east Manhattan Beach.  This is the area east of Sepulveda and due to the further distance from the beach, doesn’t usually fetch prices anywhere near this.

That being said the home was definitely special and unique for the area.  It was going to be listed for $5.5M but sold prior to hitting the market.  It recently closed at $5,471,000.  

The home was a modern masterpiece on a very large 75×100 foot lot.  The home was huge with over 5,600 square feet and featured 6 bedrooms and 8 baths.  The large lot made for seemless transition between the incredible indoor and outdoor spaces.
