19 Sold Homes at $3,201,943 Average Price

Welcome to the December real estate market for Manhattan Beach California.

It was a solid but slightly slow month in terms of the number of homes that sold with 19 home sales which was certainly an improvement from the 11 in October but down from 22 in November.

The average “list”  price of the homes that sold was $3,306,974 with the average sold price at $3,243,842.

The average price per square foot was $1,319 which was almost identical to November.  Homes averaged  40 days on market before going into escrow.
