Let’s take a look at the homes, townhomes and condos that closed escrow in Manhattan Beach during May of this year.
The number of homes that sold in May was 25 which was the same number of home sales in April.
The average “asking” price in May for the homes that sold was $3,605,560 with the average sold price at $3,642,597 which was a bit below the average of $3,807,200 in April.
