Welcome to the December 2021 real estate market review for property sales in the coastal community of Manhattan Beach California. December 2021 was a bit slower in terms of the number of sold homes with 35 closed home sales in the month compared with 45 in December of 2020. The median sold price was $2,680,000 which is also a bit low for Manhattan in recent months as most months prices have exceeded $3,000,000.
