The number of homes that sold in December dropped slightly again from 22 in in November which wasn’t much of a surpise as December is traditionally the slowest month of the year.

The average “list” price in November for the homes that sold was $2,781,047 with the average sold price at $2,700,263 which was down quite a bit from the average sale price of $3,009,993 in November and $3,497,431 average price in October.
