The lowest priced sale of the year was for a Plan 1 2 bedroom court home at 21 Coronado Court that sold for $1,025,000 with the highest priced sale of the year a large 4 bedroom single family plan 4 “estate” home at 7 Westport that closed at $2,450,000.
