Manhattan Beach Real Estate Market Recap

34 homes closed escrow at an Average Price of $4,257,657

While it was no real surprise that January  was a “slow” month for the number of homes that sold, February definitely picked up the pace.

There were 34 home sales in Manhattan Beach in March compared to 33 in February, and 20  in January.

The average “list” price of the homes that sold was $3,431,868 with the average sold price at $3,513,775 which was a big drop from $4,257,657 in February and a huge drop from the rediculous January average home price of $5,323,450 in January.

The average price per square foot was $1519 which was actually higher than the $1482 average in February.

Homes averaged a fairly brief 39 days on market before going into escrow with a median of only 10  days.
