Another great month for Manhattan Beach real estate
19 homes closed escrow at an Average Price of $3,159,579
Welcome to the Manhattan Beach real estate market update for July 2024.
It was yet another amazing month for home sales and home prices in this coastal community.
Things were a bit slow in terms of the number of homes sold during the month with 19 home sales compared to 28 in July.
The average “list” price of the homes that sold was an incredible $3,275,579 with the average sold price at $3,159,579 which was impressive….although drop from the July average of $3,604,429 and the ridiculous June average of $4,327,481.
The average price per square foot was $1,312 which was down a bit from previous months. Homes averaged a brief 29 days on market before going into escrow which was pretty typical in 2024.
Of the 19 homes that sold, 5 were in the Manhattan Beach sand section, 6 in the tree section, 1 in the hill section, 1 home sales in gated Manhattan Village and 6 in east Manhattan Beach.
