19 closed home sales with an average sales price of $4,241,012
While the number of home sales was definitely on the low side…..the average price sure wasn’t. The avereage price of the homes that sold during the month was an incredible $4,241,012.
Let’s take a look at the homes, townhomes and condos that closed escrow in Manhattan Beach during September 2022. It was a very slow month for the number of sales with only 19 homes selling during the month….down from 24 in August which was already down from prior months.
The average “list” price in September was an incredible $4,235,474
with the average sold price at $4,241,012 meaning that homes generally sold at full price.
