August 2016 was a solid month for homes throughout the South Bay with Manhattan Beach seeing a slight decline in median home price over August of 2015. Manhattan Beach saw 36 closed home sales in the month of August with a median home price of $1,800,000. As of October 18th 2016 there are 112 active homes and income properties for sale in Redondo Beach and 129 homes currently in escrow. The lowest price of the month was a 2 bedroom condo in the Sand Section at $1,180,000 with the highest sale a $5,350,000 for a five bedroom single family home built in 2016.
