In the  cookie cutter world of new construction sometimes builders can still surprise.  The home at 743 29th Street is unique in just about every way.  Custom built in 2013 on a corner double lot the home harkens back to days gone by and is being billed as a Napa style farmhouse.   The home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3800 square feet and a charm that isn’t common in Manhattan Beach.  The home will definitely appeal to a very specific buyer as rooms aren’t particularly large and some of todays standards:  massive central kitchens, great rooms, spectacular master suites and oversized rooms are not what luxury buyers are used to.   With a price tag of $4,200,000 it is going to take a very specific buyer indeed but it is a beautiful home on a great location and will strike a chord with a buyer looking to slow down the pace of life.
