Another Beachfront Strand Condo Hits the Market in Manhattan Beach
The homes of the Manhattan Strand consist mostly of single family homes and the occasional duplex. Beachfront condos are pretty rare but the last two properties on the Strand have both been condos. This latest property is a 3 bedroom beachfront townhome in the El Porto area of the Manhattan Beach sand section.
4314 The Strand is one of the last homes on the northern end of the Strand and all of Manhattan Beach. The home is in very nice condition and seems to be priced well for the size, location and fact that it’s a townhome. The biggest challenge is the location as it’s fairly close to the industrial areas just north and the home fronts the beach/surf parking lot so there’s a bit more activity out front than many would prefer.

In a good sign that the low inventory in Manhattan Beach may be improving a bit, there’s several new listings hitting the market in Manhattan Beach and specifically the gated community of Manhattan Village.
