One of the most recent luxury homes to close escrow in Manhattan Beach was a walkstreet beauty at 204 19th. Both the home and the location were tough to beat. This Santa Barbara style single family home offered big views from 3 levels. The reverse floorplan offered a spacious and bright top level with ocean view deck, kitchen, dining living and more. The home featured a 3 stop elevator to access all levels and all 5 bedrooms. The home was listed at $8,200,000 and closed at $8,000,000 after just 12 days on the market before going into escrow.
What a venue for a fun weekend concert…….One of our favorite South Bay events is back in town this weekend. The Beachlife Festival is 3 days of music, entertainment and community fun. We had the chance to go on Friday and it was fantastic as always. There is, of course, the music, which covers a lot of genres and there’s definitely something for everyone. There’s plenty of food and craft beer, booths of local companies, game areas with ping pong, and cornhole and more. The event has 4 stages and our favorite is always the lowtide stage as you watch from the sand of Seaside Lagoon so it’s really like a day at the beach. Visit the Beachlife Festival page for more information. Here’s the set list and times:

It sees that hardly a day goes by this month without a spectacular new beachfont home listing hitting the market. The newest additon to what is becoming a busy beachfront market is a beautiful and spacious home in a pretty ideal location. Located on a corner wallkstreet lot which makes for not only unblockable ocean and beach views to the west side of the home, but the south side as well. The home has been extensively remodeled with a California coastal casual feel. Offering a specious 4,400+ square feet and featuring 4 bathrooms and 9 total baths on three oceanview levels.
