Let’s take a look at the homes, townhomes and condos that closed escrow in Manhattan Beach during the month of July 2022.  The activity level remained solid with 36closed sales compared with 33 sales in June.

The average “list” price was an impressive $4,520,806 with the average sold price at $4,463,553 meaning that homes generally sold below the original list price but the number were dramatically higher than in June.
