Oh how the luxury market is changing. With the creation of Silicon Beach and the influx of younger tech home buyer’s the typical luxury 
home buyer is not always so obvious. There’s no guarantee that they pull up in a Range Rover or look like they just came from a board meeting. Today’s high end home buyer is just as likely to show up in shorts as slacks. This definitely hit home the other day when I was showing a home in the Manhattan Beach hill section and as my client and I were leaving the next buyer pulled up to meet their agent. They pulled up on a scooter wearing jeans and a t-shirt. They worked at Google and were looking at a $5,000,000 home.
The world of luxury real estate is definitely changing….
