Manhattan Beach Home Sales and Property Prices in December of 2021

Take a look below at the homes that sold in Manhattan Beach during the month of December.  It was a good month for closed home sales in Manhattan Beach with 35 on MLS homes closing escrow during the month. The average “list” price was $3,434,226 with the average sold price at $3,414,811 meaning that, in general, homes sold slightly below the list price. The average price per foot was $1368 and median days on market was only 10.

The highest priced home sale of the month was for a 5 bedroom beachfront home at 3416 The Strand which sold for  $10,650,000.
