What a month and a half it’s been for the high end luxury market of the Manhattan Beach Strand.    This beachfront strip of properties usually has a few home sales a year….just in the past 40 days there have been 6 closed property sales on the Manhattan Beach StrandThe Strand is the oceanfront stretch of homes extending from the beginning of Hermosa Beach to the end of the north Manhattan Beach sand section. Since the beginning of September there have been 6 closed escrows on this  iconic beachfront location.
