June 2015 was yet another record setting month in Manhattan Beach with some very notable home sales and big numbers. In the tree section one of the larger numbers seen in the center of the tree section. 750 30th Street sold for a significant $4,500,000 which is one of the larger numbers we’ve seen. There were a few others including recently sold including 3311 Elm at $4,569,000 but all were on significantly larger lots. The home at 750 30th was billed as a beach inspired plantation and was designed by Doug Leach and constructed by Zivec and Corbett. It offered an impressive 5000+ square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. Visit our recent sales page to see all of the home sales in Manhattan Beach.
