While the number of homes for sale in the hill section of Manhattan Beach is fairly limited, it still warrants mentioning just where the prices in this prestigious part of town currently reside. The hill section of Manhattan Beach is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in all of the South Bay, if not LA due to a number of factors…..the combination of very large lots allowing for both large homes and large outdoor areas, estate style properties, great schools and some great ocean views…..but the current (as of 11/19) average list price of $7,260,111 and a median list price of $7,900,000 is pretty amazing.
