It’s certainly been upgraded through the years but still quite dated and as of this post we’re not sure the buyers intention to remodel or completely rebuid. The current home offers 8 bedrooms, 9 baths and over 6,000 square feet. As with many homes along the Strand 2722 has been on an off the market for years. It was originally listed in 2015 for $28,500,000 and went through a number of agents and price reductions last being at $22,750,000 in December of 2019. It was pulled off of the market and just recently reappeared as on market and in escrow. We’ll update the details as we have them.
